The WQBX-120 dual-shaft shearing shredder developed by WINNER adopts dual-shaft independent drives to shred wood, textiles, plastics, paper, etc. in domestic waste into smaller particle sizes, which is convenient for subsequent disposal of waste. During the use of the shredder, the rotating speed of the knife is low, it is safe and harmless, the noise is low, the energy consumption is low, and the practicability is strong.

This series of equipment is used for shredding urban domestic waste. The equipment is driven independently by two shafts to shred wood, textile, plastic, paper, etc.

The shredder is mainly composed of a box, a spindle assembly, a fixed knife assembly, a feeding hopper assembly, a gear motor, and a chassis.

The side plate of the shredder box is connected by bolts, which is convenient for tool replacement and maintenance; the main shaft is made of alloy quenched and tempered steel 40Cr.

The shredding machine tool adopts cutting tool steel, adopts a new type of structure, and has undergone repeated heat treatment and finishing to ensure cutting performance and have a long service life, reducing the number of tool replacements.

The shredder extrudes and shears the material in the form of biaxial rotation.

The fixed knife of the shredder is made of 45 steel, and adopts the design with inclined angle and concave surface, so that the material has a better shearing effect.

The shredder can be hydraulically driven as required. Equipped with centralized lubrication system and bearing temperature detection.

The shredder can be controlled manually and automatically, with adjustable speed, automatic reversal or shutdown when overpressure, digital display of system parameters, running time, spindle pressure, etc.

The shredder can be equipped with a presser to prevent material blockage.
