After investigation, for the crusher system blocked problem we can use the pre-screening measures, that is mean we can increase a vibrating screen before put into the mid-crusher, pre-sieved the powder of the coarse crushing before entering the mid-crusher, the sieve balance massive minerals after mid-crushing, fine crushingand screen, sieves toghter with the powder into the next link, the sieve powder in the ore is no longer passed the crusher, the vibrating screen and the belt conveyor, so the main part of the production is prevented from being blocked, and the blocking problem of the whole crushing system is solved, reduce the idle consumption of the equipment, low costs and imporve the production efficiency.
