Vibrating screen is the main equipment for the coal screening and washing, also can be widely used in the chemical, building, metallurgy and electric power industry material screen. The situation of the machine is important to the production, so it is necessary for us to master the maintenance of vibrating screen in the production.

In order to ensure the screen equipment always stay in a good technical state, reduce the malfunction happen time, improve the mechanical integrity rate and utilization rate, reduce mechanical wear, extend mechanical life, reduce mechanical operation and maintenance costs, make sure production safe, strengthen the maintenance work is very necessary.

(1) Overhaul one time every year, change the liner, repair the two screen surface. Inspect the vibration motor and change the oil of the motor bearing, change the bearing if it is broken.

(2) Check the sieve plate compression device, shoud press when it is loose. Inspect if the feeder box connection is loose, it will cause a collision and the equipment will break if the gap become larger. Check the support set of the screen box, checking if the rubber pad shape changed or unglued, should change the two pieces rubber pads if they are broken or transition flattening.

(3) The sieve plate should be always taken out, check if the surface is broken or uneven, whether the sieve pore is blocked. Inspect the sealed, change it when it is weared or defected.
