Sand and stone production line is also known as sand and stone production plant, which is a production plant of building sand and stone. 

1. Main equipments of sand and stone production line are vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, belt conveyor, impactor, sand making machine, sand washing machine, vibrating screen, etc.

2. Special site design: tire mobile crushing plant and crawler mobile crushing plant.

3. Raw material are pebbles, granite, basalt, limestone and so on.

4. Capacity from 50t to 5000t per hour.

5. Feed size determined the head broken models, the general feed size does not exceed 850mm.

6. Site requirements: if the site is limited, 400t Mobile crusher can be recommended.

7. Output sand size determines the crushing time.

8. Basic parameters: site overview, the type of the material, humidity, capacity, feeding size, output sand/stone size.

Process of sand production line: large stones by the vibration feeder evenly feeding into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing, coarse crushed stone is transported by the conveyor belt into the cone crusher (or Impact crusher) for next step crushing. 

The crushed stone is transported from the belt conveyor into vibrating screen for screening. 

1. Finished sand is transported into the sand washing machine, then the washing sand is stored. 

2. Large particles of stone is transported into the impact crusher(sand making machine) for crushing. Finely crushed stone is transported into the vibrating screen for screening, form a closed loop for many times.
