The raw material is limestone, and the biggest size is 850mm. The first of limestone crushing production line is feeding, limestone by the forklift was poured into the silo, and then slipped into the vibrating feeder, this feeder is a double grate structure, and it has a pre-screening function. The material(<50mm) slipped to the crusher through the belt conveyor, and muck(<10mm) is conveyed to the material pile.

The size <50mm of material is crushed by the hammer crusher, and the crushed material is transported by belt conveyor to the double frequency screen, the material(<12mm) is sieved and conveyed to material pile. The size(>12mm) of the material is sent to PC-1414 crusher and crushed again, the material(<12mm) is conveyed to material pile, and the size(>12mm) needs to be sent to PC-1414 crusher forming a closed circuit.
