Adjusting and debugging of circular vibrating screen:

1. Spring on the bearing and spring contact surface must be horizontal, After adjustment, the spring on the bearing welded to the screen box trunnion with a bolt.

2. The vibrating screen drive direction is left-right driven. When the drive direction is to be replaced, remove the vibrator pulley from the balance wheel, reinstall it to the other side balance wheel and tighten it.

3. Make sure that the V belt tension has a sufficient amount of adjustment, make sure that the grooves of the two pulleys correspond to each other in their respective planes.

4. After the adjustment and installation of the circular vibrating screen, no less than 2 hours of no-load test operation shall be carried out. The operation shall be smooth and no abnormal noise, amplitude and motion trajectory shall meet the requirements. The maximum temperature of the bearing shall not exceed 75 ℃.

5. Unload test run qualified, can be put into the load test run, load test time can be carried out according to the process test requirements.

6. The vibration exciter must be turned by hand (or other method) before the official start of the machine. Rotation should be flexible, no jamming phenomenon.
